How long does shipping take for my ADO E-Bike?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days via our regional distribution centers.
What is the warranty policy on your electric bikes?
We offer a comprehensive warranty that covers the frame for up to 10 years and core components like the motor, battery, and controller for 12 months against manufacturing defects.
Are ADO E-Bikes waterproof and safe for rain?
Our bikes feature an IPX5 waterproof rating, meaning they are resistant to splashes and light rain. However, we recommend avoiding heavy downpours and never submerging the bike in water.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm for eligible customers.
Do I need to assemble the bike myself?
ADO E-Bikes arrive 85% to 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, pedals, handlebars, and saddle using the toolkit and video guide provided in the box.
Can I return my bike if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization and review our full refund policy details.
