Returns & Exchanges Policy

At ADO E-Bike, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and in new, unassembled condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the E-Bike

  Carefully repack the bicycle in its original box with all chargers, tools, and manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a courier pickup from your location at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
